And the Cherry Servers security incident has a new action item — rebuild is now recommended, not optional.
Security Alert - Cherry Servers: Additional Action Required
Monad Foundation issued a follow-up on the Cherry Servers hardening process after earlier communications about the Sensu Monitoring agent compromise.
Cherry Servers now recommends that impacted operators rebuild servers again and ensure Sensu is disabled before reprovisioning. This supersedes earlier mitigation guidance.

Category Labs Shares Formal Verification Progress
Category Labs published an update on its formal verification work for Monad, covering how formal methods improve blockchain robustness and security. The post explains why L1 bugs can create severe consequences (loss of funds or liveness failures) and details how the verification effort has already identified bugs that frontier AI models missed during internal trials.
This is the work that doesn’t get enough attention. Formal verification is slow, expensive, and unglamorous. The fact that it’s catching things AI-assisted review doesn’t is the important sentence.
Monad RWA Dashboard Goes Live on RWA.xyz
Monad’s RWA dashboard is now live on RWA.xyz. Seven months in, Monad’s ecosystem has surpassed $700M in total RWA value and $500M in stablecoin market cap. Featured issuers include Accountable, Agora, Circle, USDT0, and Centrifuge.
$700M in RWA value in seven months from mainnet is a data point worth tracking against other chains’ timelines.

MetaMask Money Account Launches Exclusively on Monad
MetaMask Money Account launched exclusively on Monad as a self-custodial USD account with integrated earning and card-based spending. Powered by mUSD (MetaMask’s dollar stablecoin issued by Bridge, a Stripe company, built on M0 infrastructure) the account also integrates Mastercard, Morpho, Veda Labs, and Steakhouse Financial.
Users hold, spend, and access DeFi yield through a single account, with Monad as the exclusive canonical chain. This is the most distribution-significant partnership Monad has announced. MetaMask has tens of millions of users; “exclusive on Monad” is a meaningful commitment from Consensys.
